As someone who knows the basics of Kubernetes and Docker/Docker Compose, ChatGPT did an excellent job of creating yaml templates.

However, upon closer review, there were mistakes that a human needs to correct.

I do believe that specialized tech stack jobs will reduce, but you’ll still need an expert or two to review AI output.

Even if it does create the yaml files perfectly, the architecture I asked it to do was pretty simple (database, backend, and front end on a kubernetes app). Enterprise companies have far more complex services that address different business cases. There’s also a reason why many are still on a legacy code base from the 90s/2000s.
